Subscription Terms
Wellzo offers monthly subscription plans. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until cancellation. Plans automatically renew monthly unless canceled.
You can cancel your subscription anytime. Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Wellzo for any illegal, harmful, fraudulent, infringing or offensive purposes. Prohibited activities include spreading viruses, violating privacy, harassing others, posting objectionable content and infringing intellectual property rights.
Intellectual Property
Wellzo owns the trademarks, copyright, database rights, design rights and other intellectual property rights connected to our website and services.
You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights in content you submit or post to Wellzo. You grant us a non-exclusive license to use that content in connection with operating and promoting Wellzo.
Limitation of Liability
Wellzo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.
